The Colonial Heights Neighborhood Association is organized around Guidelines that were approved in 2018 by the neighborhood after a multi-year effort. These CHNA Guidelines detail the organizational structure and process by which CHNA operates.

2025 CHNA Guidelines Update
We are updating our CHNA guidelines for the coming year to better reflect our organization's practices and needs. Please review the current guidelines and updated versions below. Any feedback can be sent by January 1, 2025 to: colonialheightsneighborhood@gmail.com.
Draft Updates For Review:
The Guidelines Committee will present a final version for the association to vote to approve and adopt at the January 9, 2025 monthly meeting.
