Colonial Heights Neighborhood Association Meeting

**NOTE STARTING IN APRIL 2024 MONTHLY MEETINGS WILL BE ON SECOND THURSDAY**

Agenda:

•  Welcome/Introductions (10 mins)

• Police, Library, Gov’t Representatives Update (5 min each) - Police, Colonial Heights Library and City, County, and State officials and their representatives have been invited to talk with neighbors about their concerns.

• Find Out Farms (15 mins) - Learn about this local farm's programming like their community fruit program, nature nerds talks, and plant sales.

• Root 64 (15 mins) - Learn about this local farm's weekend farm stand and sustainable growing methods.

• Yisrael Family Urban Farm  - (15 mins) - Learn about this local farm's work in sustainable food and ag, racial equity and justice, and community building through urban farming.

•  Garden Tour Committee (10 mins) - Update on upcoming 2024 Garden Tour

• Seed & Seedling Swap (10 mins) - Bring extra seeds or seedlings to swap with neighbors! A great chance to try growing something new to you!

•  Committee Updates (10 min) - Updates from CHNA’s active Committees including: Colonial Park, National Night Out, Mercy Housing, Finance/Treasury, T-shirt, Porchfest, Garden Tour, Communication, Bird Watching, Library Garden

•  General Discussion - Bring your neighborhood topics to discuss!
